The Association needs your participation to keep communications flowing in 2011. In an effort to make membership affordable for more community members, we keep our dues low. However, membership dues alone fall short of the money required to publish and mail quarterly newsletters. If you are able to contribute beyond the membership due amount, your tax-deductible donation will be greatly appreciated by the Haw Creek community.

MEMBERSHIP: Membership in the Association shall be available to residents, as well as property owners, in the Haw Creek community and there shall be one class of membership.

DUES: The Association will set the annual dues for its members at its annual meeting to be held on the fourth Thursday of January each year, and such dues shall be assessed against and collected from each member, said dues being necessary in order to support the purposes of the Association.
