Haw Creek Community Association

Dear Cisco Road Neighbors and Other Community Leaders,

It is with great pleasure we can announce an agreement has been reached with the developers of the Falcon Ridge subdivision to fund installation of city-approved traffic calming measures on Cisco Road.

Although not a perfect solution, it nonetheless establishes a process by which, as each lot is sold within the 28-unit subdivision, $2,000 is escrowed into a fund dedicated to installing four speed humps, which were recently estimated to cost $14,885.

Cisco Road residents, who had been calling for immediate installation of the four speed humps, recognize that with the real estate market in a slump, flexibility was called for and have agreed to the escrow plan.

Cisco Road residents applaud the Falcon Ridge developers for their willingness to fund these improvements and wish them success as they integrate into the greater Haw Creek community.

Chris Pelly,
95 Cisco Road
